ORDER: The Court DISMISSES Selmon's 2241 habeas petition without prejudice to his right to exhaust his state remedies. In other words, this order does not prohibit Selmon from attempting to seek federal habeas relief after he has fully exhausted his available state remedies. However, should he choose to do so, the Court expresses no opinion on the potential viability of his claims. The Court DIRECTS the clerk of Court to STRIKE the unauthorized supplemental documents that Selmon filed without seeking permission form the Court.
