ORDER: Julio Ceasar Contreras Torres must address the following deficiency: Plaintiff failed to pay the $402.00 filing fee or filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). Deadline to cure the deficiency is 30 days. Byron J. Warren is listed as plaintiff on Torres's complaint. But only Torres signed the complaint and appears to complain about events that concern only him. Under these circumstances, the Court DIRECTS the clerk of Court to terminate Warren as a named plaintiff in this action. If Warren intends to seek relief from the Court, he must file his own complaint on the proper form.
