FILING FEE ORDER: Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 such that his motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #2 ) is GRANTED. An initial partial filing fee of $4.20 is hereby assessed, the amount will not immediately be collected because Plaintiff presently lacks the requisite funds in his prison account to pay the initial partial filing fee. Plaintiff shall pay $345.80 the balance of the filing fee, in monthly installments as provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2).
