ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant James Alex's Unopposed Motion to Stay Discovery and Brief in Support Thereof (ECF No. #6 ), filed March 15, 2023. Having considered the unopposed Motion to Stay, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion to Stay is well taken and should be GRANTED. Therefore, subject to the following orders of the Court, this case is hereby STAYED pending full adjudication of Defendant James Alex's assertion of qualified immunity. the Court finds good cause to GRANT Plaintiffs Motions for Leave to Amend (ECF Nos. #15 & #21 ). Plaintiff SHALL file his First Amended Complaint by April 24, 2023. Furthermore, due to Plaintiff's forthcoming amended complaint, the Court finds that the currently pending motions to dismiss (ECF Nos. #5 , #9 , #12 , #13 , and #16 ) are MOOT. Defendants SHALL refile their revised motions to dismiss by May 1, 2023. Plaintiff SHALL file his responses by May 8, 2023, and Defendants SHALL file their replies by May 15, 2023.
