Filing 8 ORDER Before the Court is Plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis in this civil-rights action #2 . After review, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs application. Plaintiff will not be assessed an initial partial filing fee because he lacks the requisite funds in his inmate trust account to pay an initial fee.
