ORDER DENYING APPLICATION The Court, having considered the papers and pleadings filed in this action, hereby DENIES #2 Plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis. Research reveals that Plaintiff has repeatedly filed frivolous lawsuits and been sanctioned in federal court. See, e.g., No. 4:18-CV-090-O, Doc. 5 (Order Withdrawing the Reference and Denying Motions to Proceed In Forma Pauperis). If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this action, he must pay to the Clerk of Court by April 24, 2023, the applicable $402.00 filing and administrative fees.
