ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE: Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Consolidate (ECF No. #10 ), filed July 26, 2023. The Court ORDERS that: 1. The following Related Actions shall be consolidated for all purposes: Tighe v. Amtel, LLC, and Connectivity Source, LLC, d/b/a Connectivity Source, 4:23-cv-00537-O (N.D. Tex.); Gray v. Amtel, LLC, and Connectivity Source, LLC, d/b/a Connectivity Source, 4:23-cv-00546-O (N.D. Tex.); and A. Sears v. Amtel, LLC, and Connectivity Source, LLC, d/b/a Connectivity Source, 4:23-cv-00568-O (N.D. Tex.). The Tighe case is designated as the lead case. The Clerk is directed to close Case Nos. 4:23-cv-00546-O and 4:23-cv-00568-O. All papers filed in the Related Actions shall be filed only in Case No. 4:23-cv-00537-O and shall bear the above caption. 2. All case deadlines in Case No. 4:23-cv-00537-O are vacated, including Defendants' deadline to respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint, ECF. #1 . Plaintiffs shall file a Consolidated Complaint no later than 30 days following entry of this Order. Defendants shall respond to the Consolidated Complaint no later than 30 days after Plaintiffs' filing. The parties' Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer (ECF No. #9 ), filed July 24, 2023 is therefore DENIED as moot. 3. All future actions filed in, or transferred to, this District that are related to the Related Actions, as contemplated in L.R. 5.2, shall be consolidated in the consolidated action, In re Amtel, LLC, and Connectivity Source, LLC, d/b/a Connectivity Source, 4:23-cv-00537-O, upon stipulation or notice of the parties in Case No. 4:23-cv-00537-O, and the Clerk is directed to thereafter close those future filed or transferred related actions.
