ORDER OF DISMISSAL: On June 2, 2023, Plaintiff, Phillip Jay Sterling, Jr., filed documents titled "Commencement of Suit" naming "United States of America, Inc.," as Defendant. ECF Nos. #1 , #2 . He also filed a document titled "Motion for Leave to File Commencement of Suit, which asks the Court to "charge all fees and fines associated to federal exempt account 631123292 in accordance with the law and equity." The filings appear to be wholly frivolous. Because of prior frivolous filings, the Court has barred Plaintiff from making any other filings until he pays a sanction of $100.00. See No.4:21-cv-0608-P, ECF No. 42 . Plaintiff has not paid the sanction and is not authorized to proceed with this action. His claims are DISMISSED. (Ordered by Judge Mark Pittman on 6/9/2023) (sre)
