ORDER: Before the Court is #7 amended application of Plaintiff, Rodderick Jackson D., for leave to proceed In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff shall pay the required $402 filing and administrative fees to the Clerk of Court within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of this Order. If he fails to do so, denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis will be recommended, and this case will be subject to dismissal without prejudice as provided by Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. ORDER and NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY: Plaintiff must address the following deficiency: The Court has received and reviewed the application of Plaintiff, Rodderrick Jackson D., to proceed in forma pauperis. Although Plaintiff filed the long-form application, he failed to provide all of the required information. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). It is therefore ORDERED that by June 22, 2023, Plaintiff either pay the $402 filing and administrative fees or file an amended application to proceed in forma pauperis providing full and accurate information. Failure to submit the required payment or to file an amended application may result in the dismissal of this action for want of prosecution without further notice. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
