ORDER: The Court GRANTS the #5 #12 applications. The agency having custody of Plaintiff shall forward an initial partial filing fee of $77.30. Plaintiff shall pay the remaining balance of $272.70 in monthly installments. Service of process shall be withheld pending the Courts preliminary screening of this case under 1915(e)(2). Clerk to mail this order to the attention of the Inmate Trust Fund Department at the facility where the inmate resides. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's #11 motion for leave to file a motion seeking additional relief form the Court.
