ORDER...It is therefore ORDERED that if Plaintiff wishes to pursue his claims against Defendant, he shall respond to the Notice of Deficiency on or before January 26, 2024. Failure to timely submit the applicable fees or a fully completed application to proceed in forma pauperis by that deadline could result in a recommendation that this case be dismissed without further notice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). The Court also cautions Plaintiff that any requests for extension of time must be filed in writing and comply with the Local Civil Rules of the Court.
