The record indicates that Bellah was served with the subpoena on or around October 18, 2022. It is therefore ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby referred to United States Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cureton for all pre-trial case management proceedings in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)(A)(B).
