ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis in this civil-rights action. See Appl., ECF No. #6 . After review, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's application. Plaintiff shall forward an initial partial filing fee payment of $14.03 with a balance of $335.97 remaining. Clerk to mail this order to the attention of the Inmate Trust Fund Department at the facility where the inmate resides.
