March 7, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis in this civil-rights action. See Appl., ECF No. #3 . The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's application and ORDERS the following: the agency having custody of Plaintiff shall forward an initial partial filing fee payment of $31.31 to the clerk of Court. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). After paying the initial partial filing fee, Plaintiff shall pay the remaining balance of $318.69 in monthly installments. Service of process will be withheld pending the Court's initial screening of this case under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2).
