ORDER: On October 25, 2024, the Court severed pro-se Plaintiff's claims and application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) from Civil No. 4:24-CV-865-O and opened this new civil action. See Compl. & Order, ECF Nos. #1 , #3 . The Court also ordered Plaintiff to file an amended complaint in this case within 30 days (by November 25) or risk dismissal of this action without prejudice. Under these circumstances, the Court STAYS Plaintiff's IFP application until the deadline for her to file an amended complaint lapses. See Appl., ECF No. #2 . If Plaintiff timely files a proper amended complaint, the Court will sua sponte lift the stay and rule on her IFP application. The Court DIRECTS the clerk of Court to terminate the remaining five plaintiffs from this action and SEVER the remaining five plaintiffs' claims into separate civil actions. Each plaintiff must, within 30 days from the date of this order, file a signed, amended complaint. Plaintiffs' pending motion to appoint counsel is DENIED without prejudice as premature.
