On November 14, 2024, the Court issued an Order requiring Plaintiff to file an amended complaint on or before Thursday, November 28, 2024. ECF No. #7 . That Order also stated that failure of any party to comply with this order may result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of Plaintiff 's claims....1 Id. at 2. In spite of the Court's warning, the record reveals that Plaintiff failed to replead.
