ORDER: After review, the Court STRIKES Lake's #8 amended complaint because it fails to comply with Rule 11, which mandates that every pleading be signed by at least one attorney of record or by a party personally if he is unrepresented. Robert D. Lake must address the following deficiency: If Lake intends to proceed with this action he must, within 30 days, file a signed, complete second amended complaint on the form provided by the Court. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). The Court DIRECTS the clerk of Court to mail Lake a prisoner civil-rights complaint form labeled Second Amended Complaint and with this case number.
