ORDER: After considering Plaintiff's application and financial circumstances, the undersigned concludes that Plaintiff has the resources to pay the $405 filing and administrative fees for this action. See 28 U.S.C. 1914(a); see also District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, Note 14. Therefore, Plaintiff shall pay $405 to the Clerk of Court on or before March 21, 2025.
