ORDER: Upon Plaintiff's counsel repeated failure to comply with the Court's orders, the Court hereby DISMISSES this case without prejudice for want of prosecution under Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff's Counsel to pay the costs and fees expended by Naman Howell Smith and Lee in preparation for and attending the October 15, 2025 hearing and the October 27, 2025 hearing in the amount of $8,000. Out of that amount, $8,000 is to be disbursed by the Clerk of the Court to Naman Howell Smith and Lee PLLC. This amount is based upon the good faith representations by counsel at the October 27, 2025 hearing. The Court determines that this is the least severe sanction available to deter such behavior.
