ORDER: Before the Court is the Receiver's #13 request for an order authorizing the United States Marshals Service to execute and enforce the writ of garnishment previously issued in this action. Having considered the writ the Court finds that good cause exists to GRANT the requested relief. The United States Marshals Service in the Northern District of Texas SHALL deliver the Writ of Garnishment to the appropriate United States' Marshall in New York who is then DIRECTED to execute and enforce the writ of garnishment issued in this matter and to take all actions reasonably necessary to effectuate the garnishment described therein.
