ORDER: After review, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's #5 application and ORDERS the following: Plaintiff will not be assessed an initial partial filing fee because he lacks the requisite funds in his inmate trust account to pay an initial fee. When adequate funds exist in Plaintiffs inmate trust account, the agency having custody of Plaintiff shall pay the $350 in monthly installments.
