ORDER: After review, the Court GRANTS the #2 application and ORDERS the following: Plaintiff will be required to pay the full filing fee of $350 under the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (PRLA). When adequate funds exist in Plaintiffs inmate trust account, the agency having custody of Plaintiff shall pay the $350 in monthly installments. Plaintiff's recent #8 motion for an extension of time to file a certificate of inmate trust account is DENIED as moot and unnecessary.
