ORDER: Adam Noureddine must address the following deficiency: either (1) pay the $405 filing and administrative fees to the clerk of Court; or (2) file a certificate of inmate trust account (or an institutional equivalent) for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint that is signed and certified by an authorized unit official. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). Deadline to cure the deficiency is 30 days. Plaintiff's #3 motion for the appointment of counsel is DENIED without prejudice as premature.
