ORDER: Now that the officers have been identified, Plaintiff must file a second amended complaint to state specifically what each officer did or failed to do and when each act or omission occurred that violated his constitutional rights, bearing in mind the instructions the Court gave in the July 1 order to replead. Plaintiff must file his second amended complaint by September 25, 2026. Failure to comply with this order in any respect may result in the dismissal of Plaintiff's claims without further notice for want of prosecution.
