September 7, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER TO SEVER: The parties are notified that all future docketing related to the severed matter should be entered in this new case: 5:18-cv-224 re: 1 Complaint. The complaints of Plaintiffs Ahmed Al-Shara, Daijon Williams, James Johnson, Jamelle Scott, Freddie Williams, Brent Williams, Raza Zafar Ali, Mohamed Jatani, Trevon Cooks, and Darius Bacchus shall be SEVERED; (1) Plaintiffs' Motion for Appointment of Counsel is DENIED at this time; (2) Plaintiffs shall, within twenty (20) days from the date of this Order, pay the filing fee of $400.00 or file with the Clerk 1- a signed Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis, 2-a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement (or institutional equivalent)for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint, certified by one of the officers at the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated, 3-a signed copy of the AUTHORIZATION portion of the Certificate of Inmate Trust Account or a signed copy of any consent form or authorization; Plaintiffs shall, within twenty (20) days of the date of this order, each file an Amended Complaint on the form provided by the Court. Failure of any of the Plaintiffs to file the required documents will result in a denial of informa pauperis status and a dismissal of that Plaintiff's complaint for want of prosecution without further notice, unless the filing fee of $400.00 is timely paid; (3) Each Plaintiff shall promptly notify the Court of any change of address by filing a written notice of change of address with the Clerk. Failure to file such notice may result in a dismissal of the complaint. The Clerk mailed to each of the Plaintiffs a 42 U.S.C. 1983 complaint form marked, "Amended Complaint an Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis, and a Certificate of Inmate Trust Account and Authorization, each marked with the cause number assigned to their respective new complaint along with a copy of this Order.
