DEFICIENCY SHOW CAUSE ORDER: Petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order. Petitioner submitted an application to proceed in for ma pauper is but did not file a certified copy of his inmate trust account. Petitioner filed an Amended Petition, but failed to complete questions 1 through 4, which are required for all petitioners. The Clerk is directed to copy and forward page 2 of Petitioner's incomplete 2254 form to Petitioner. Petitioner shall, no later than March 22, 2019, fully complete and return the page to the Clerk for filing, AND pay the filing fee of $5.00, or if unable to pay, file a certificate of his inmate trust account. The failure of Petitioner to respond to this Order shall result in the dismissal of his petition without further notice. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). ( Response to this Order due by 3/22/2019.)
