ORDER: The Court, having considered #10 Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff and Third-Party Unum Life Insurance Company of America's Unopposed Motion to Deposit Interpled Funds into an Interest-Bearing Account, filed April 1, 2019, is of the opinion that the same should be GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that Unum Life Insurance Company be allowed to deposit such funds into the Registry of the Court.
