ORDER: It is ORDERED Plaintiff's complaint and all claims alleged therein are dismissed with prejudice as barred pursuant to 28 U.S.C, S 1915(g) and Adepegba v. Hammons, 103 F.3d 383, 388., subject to refiling only if accompanied by full payment of the $400.00 filing fee and administrative fees. If plaintiff seeks to appeal this dismissal, his notice of appeal must be accompanied by the appeal fee of $505.00. Plaintiff will not be permitted to appeal in forma pauperis. The bars imposed by this Order will be effective until the Order has been vacated or set aside by an appellate court. Any pending motions are denied.
