This dismissal shall count as a qualifying dismissal under 28 U.S.C. 1915. ORDER for Collection and Payment of Full Filing Fee. Plaintiff's application to proceed in Forma pauperis is GRANTED. Jerry Curtis shall pay $350.00 in monthly installments as mandated by the PLRA. The Court ORDERS the agency having custody of Plaintiff to pay the fee in monthly installments. Clerk to mail this order to the attention of the Inmate Trust Fund Department at the facility where the inmate resides. All pending motions are DENIED.
