FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE re: #1 Complaint filed by Timothy Earl Green. For the foregoing reasons, the undersigned recommends that the United States District Court dismiss Green's Complaint without prejudice for want of prosecution in accordance with Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
