Plaintiff is suing officers employed at TDCJ's Montford Unit in Lubbock, Texas, for events which allegedly occurred at the Montford Unit. The Court finds that in the interests of justice and judicial economy, this case should be transferred to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a).
