July 28, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 14 Order Unfiling #13 Amended Petition filed by Larry Darnell Blaylock. The Clerk shall UNFILE document 13 and return it to Blaylock at his last known address along with a copy of this Order. Blaylock is advised that should he wish to amend his original Complaint, he must file a motion for leave to file an amended complaint. The motion must be accompanied by a proposed amended complaint on the standard 42 U.S.C. 1983 form available to Blaylock in the prison law library and be entitled "Proposed Amended Complaint." The proposed amended complaint should be a complete document listing all of the defendants and all of Blaylock's claims against those defendants. Should Blaylock choose to file a motion for leave to file an amended complaint and proposed amended complaint, he must do so within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order.
