Filing 15 ORDER: Before the Court is pro se Plaintiff Delbert Glen Roger's "First Set of Interrogatories to Defendants." ECF Nos. 13,14. Rogers requests that Defendants Cochran, Schmoker, Castro, Orneles, Thomas, Garcia, and Jumper answer Roger's interrogatories under oath. As the Court explained in its August 7, 2020, Order, "[a]ll discovery in this case is stayed until an answer is filed or until further order." The Court therefore DENIES Roger's request. The Clerk of the Court is directed to UNFILE the documents docketed as ECF Nos. #13 and #14 . Filings like the instant documents may be construed as frivolous, and Rogers is cautioned that if he continues to file frivolous documents in this case, sanctions will be imposed against him. Such sanctions may include monetary sanctions or a complete bar to filing pleadings without leave of Court. SO ORDERED. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge D. Gordon Bryant, Jr on 10/2/2020) (lkw) |
