ORDER denying #9 Motion to Compel. Brown is admonished that frivolous filings by prisoners consume inordinate amounts of scarce judicial resources, and may delay the Court in hearing and resolving valid complaints. Filings like the instant documents may be construed as frivolous, and Brown is cautioned that if he continues to file frivolous documents in this case, sanctions will be imposed against him.
