Tex. Civ. R.3.2(b)-(e). Villasenor submitted a "Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs or an Appeal Bond" with her complaint. The appropriate form, as well as the Local Civil Rules are available on the Court's website. Accordingly, no later than February 18,2021, Villasenor must file an amended complaint that alleges diversity of citizenship, in conformity with 28 u.s.c. 1332, and complies with Local Civil Rule 3.2 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 10(a).
