When he filed his petition, Petitioner was incarcerated in the Daniel Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Correctional Institutions Division (TDCJ-CID), which is located within the Lubbock Division of the Northern District of Texas. But the Court finds that in the interests of justice and judicial economy, the Petition should be transferred to the Amarillo Division of this Court, where Petitioner was convicted and sentenced.
