DEFICIENCY SHOW CAUSE ORDER: On March 24, 2021, this Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee of $402.00 or to file documents within 20 days form the date of that order. Plaintiff partially complied, but he did not file the complete application to proceed in forma pauperis and sign it; Plaintiff did not submit the required certificate of inmate trust account with authorization. The Court finds that Plaintiff shall have 20 days from the date of this order to comply with this order.
