ORDER: Because Edwards's filing does not comply with the August 31 order, the Clerk is directed to UNFILE document number 9 and return it to Edwards at his last known address, along with a copy of this order and the Court's 08/31/2021, order. ECF No. 7. The Court sua sponte grants Edwards an extension of time in which to comply with the August 31 order. Edwards shall pay the filing fee of $402.00 or submit a proper application to proceed IFP, as well as file an amended complaint on the Court-approved form, within twenty-one days (21)from the date of this order. The Court once again advises Edwards that he must either ( 1) pay the filing fee to the Clerk's Office or (2) submit a properly completed and verified application to proceed IFP.
