November 3, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ELECTRONIC DEFICIENCY SHOW CAUSE ORDER: On September 9, 2021, the Court ordered Petitioner to pay the filing fee of $5.00, or, if he is unable to pay, to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis and a certified statement of his inmate trust account. Dkt. No. 8 . Petitioner failed to comply with the Court's order. The Court therefore orders that Petitioner must, no later than November 17, 2021, (14 days), pay the filing fee of $5.00, file an application to proceed in forma pauperis with a certified statement of his inmate trust account, or show cause why his petition should not be dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) because of his failure to respond to the Court's order. Petitioner's failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
