ORDER: Before the Court is Darrell Anthony Donaldson's pro se Motion Under 28 U.S.C. 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody. Civ. Dkt. No. 1; Cr. Dkt. No. 97. The government is ordered to file its response to Donaldson's motion no later than 60 days after the date of this order. The government's filing shall comply with the requirements of Rule 5(b) of the Rules Governing Section 2255 Proceedings. Pursuant to Rule 5(d) of the Rules Governing Section 2255 Proceedings, Donaldson may file a reply brief. Donaldson must file his reply brief no later than 30 days after the dateof service of the government's answer, motion, or other response. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Order to Donaldson or his attorney of record. The clerk has served this order and will regenerate notice of the motion and supporting documents to the designated Assistant US Attorney. Leigha A Simonton-DOJ for USA added.
