Filing 5 DEFICIENCY SHOW CAUSE ORDER: It is, therefore, ORDERED that Petitioner must, within 14 days of the date of this 0rder: file a response accepting or objecting to the Court's intended recharacterization of this case as a civil rights complaint, and if agrees to the recharacterization, he must file a complete amended complaint on the required form, and pay the remaining $397.00 balance of filing fee or file an application to proceed n forma pauperis with a certificate of inmate trust account, and show cause why his case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution under FRCvP 41(b) because of his failure to respond to the Court's Order. Additionally, the Court reminds Petitioner that he must promptly notify the Court of any change of address by filing a written notice of change of address with the Clerk. Failure to file such notice may result in this case being dismissed for want of prosecution.
