December 7, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 16 ORDER PERMITTING FILING IN FORMA PAUPERIS RE: #14 Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. Clerk mailed this order to the attention of the Inmate Trust Fund Department at the facility where the inmate resides. The Clerk shall file Plaintiff's pleadings without repayment of costs or security therefor. Service of process shall be withheld pending judicial screening. No amendments or supplements to the complaint shall be filed without prior Court approval. A complete amended complaint shall be attached to any motion to amend. All discovery in this case is stayed until an answer is filed or until fu1iher order. No motions for appointment of counsel shall be filed until the Court has completed its screening. Plaintiff shall promptly notify the Court of any change of address by filing a written notice of change of address with the Clerk.
