ORDER OF INTENT TO REDESIGNATE CASE: Plaintiff is advised that the Court intends to construe this civil-rights complaint as a pretrial petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241. Plaintiff must respond to this Order indicating his acceptance of or objection to the Courts intended classification of this case within 30 days. The Clerk is directed to provide Plaintiff, along with service of this Order, a form IFP application, a certificate of inmate trust account, and a standard form petition for cases filed under 28 U.S.C. 2241 (labeled amended). Upon receipt of the amended petition and required IFP application, the Clerk will change the docket to reflect that this case is a petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241, nature of suit 530.
