July 26, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER: Notice that the clerk has been instructed to apply a sanction order to this case that was originally filed in: 5:12-CV-163-C. The prior sanction order states: A monetary sanction in the amount of $100.00 is assessed against Plaintiff. The agency having custody of Plaintiff shall place a hold on Plaintiff's inmate trust account and shall pay the sanction when funds are available. Plaintiff is PROHIBITED from filing any new civil rights complaints in this Court or any other court that is removable or transferable to this Court unless he has obtained leave of the Court through proper motion for leave. Furthermore, Plaintiff may not obtain leave of Court without providing proof that he has paid all monetary sanctions imposed against him, in full. The Clerk is ordered to refuse to accept any more in forma pauperis complaints filed by Plaintiff unless accompanied by the requisite motion for leave and an affidavit or other proof that all sanctions have been paid in full. Plaintiff is BARRED from proceeding in forma pauperis in any new cases in this Court and from filing any civil action in any other court that is removable or transferable to this Court, unless he demonstrates that he is under imminent danger of serious physical injury. Plaintiff is prohibited from filing any motions, pleadings, or other documents in this civil action, except for a notice of appeal, which must be accompanied by the appellate filing fee of $455.00. In the event Plaintiff mails anything to this Court for filing in this case, except for a notice of appeal, the papers will not be filed, the Court will not consider such submissions, and they will not be returned to Plaintiff. The full filing fee of $350.00 is assessed against Plaintiff. Entry of this order in this case closes the case (Ordered by Senior Judge Sam R Cummings on 7/26/2022) (bmh)
