ORDER: Plaintiff BTI, LLC is attempting to file a Complaint under the pro se representation of Shamar Bradley. However, "[t]he law is clear that a corporation as a fiction legal person can only be represented by licensed counsel." See In re K.M.A., Inc., 652F.2d 398,3 99 (5th Cir. 1981) (representation by a licensed attorney is required even when the person seeking to represent the corporation is its president or major stockholder). Moreover, after review of the Complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), the Court finds that leave to proceed in forma pauperisshould be DENIED.
