ORDER: It is ORDERED that Plaintiff's civil-rights complaint is DISMISSED pursuant to the three-strikes provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Any other pending motions are also DENIED. Plaintiff is also WARNED that frivolous and malicious filing by prisoners consume inordinate amounts of scarce judicial resources and pose a burn on legitimate complaints. The Court cautions Plaintiff that if he continues to file frivolous complaints, motions, or other documents, sanctions will be imposed against him.
