November 21, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: Petitioner is presently confined in the United States Penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana-within the jurisdiction of the Terre Haute Division of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. So, the Court lacks jurisdiction to consider his petition. That petition remains pending.Because the court with jurisdiction over the matter is already consideringPetitioner's claims, the Court finds that this Petition must be dismissed without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. The Court also vacates the Order and Notice of Deficiency. (Dkt. No. 5.) Petitioner is warned that further abuse of the judicial process by filing frivolous and malicious lawsuits will result in the imposition of sanctions, including monetary sanctions and/ or a complete bar to filing civil actions in this Court.
