Filing 3 ORDER: Before the Court is Jacob Cory Penton's Motion Under 28 U.S.C. 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody. Civ. Dkt. No. #1 . The government is ordered to file its response to Penton's motion no later than 60 days after the date of this order. The government's filing shall comply with the requirements of Rule 5(b) of the Rules Governing Section 2255 Proceedings. Penton must file his reply brief no later than 30 days after the date of service of the government's answer, motion, or other response. The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Order to Penton or his attorney of record.
