ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY: Petitioner filed a handwritten document that the Court interprets as a pretrial petition for writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner did not file the petition on the appropriate form. Petitioner's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
