ORDER: Plaintiff has presented a request to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) in the above-styled case. ECF No. 2. The Court has reviewed the request and is of the opinion that additional information is needed before the Court can rule on the motion. On the form, Plaintiff answered "yes" to question number 9 asking whether she "expect[s] any major changes to [her] monthly income or expenses or in [her] assets or liabilities during the next 12 months[.]" Id. at 5. Because Plaintiff marked "yes", she is required to attach a sheet describing the change(s) but did not do so. It is, therefore, ORDERED that no later than May 15, 2023, Plaintiff shall file either (1) a notice, signed under penalty of perjury and dated, explaining the expected changes in her financial circumstances over the next 12 months, or (2) an amended IFP application, to the extent Plaintiff inadvertently marked "yes" to question 9. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this Order may result in a recommendation that the district judge deny IFP and/or dismiss the case without prejudice. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge D.
